Client Services Manager
Kristine Landry-Ross brings over 20 years of training and team leadership skills to RCI. She has played a key role in the development and training of essential personnel who deal with our clients every day. She started with the company in 2004 managing the client services team and working directly with clients on various recruitment projects. As Client Services Manager, Kris is the driving force behind developing and implementing policies and procedures within the client services area and training personnel on all internal processes and systems. Among her many achievements at RCI, Kris has developed and implemented client-customized Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Prior to RCI, Kris gained valuable experience as a technical and customer service support lead, as well as providing software support. The skills she acquired through this experience put her on the fast track to team building and leadership within the RCI management team. She lives in South Florida with her husband and three children.
