Success Stories

The Challenge: Our client had a difficult-to-fill position that had been open for 2 ½ years. The requisition required an Electrical Engineer within a manufacturing environment.

The Solution: RCI's TalentLocator - Container

The Result: RCI utilized our Direct Recruit-Container model as the most effective way to spearhead this search. We connected personally with all the candidates our TalentLocator turned up and reached out to still more candidates gleaned from a search of competing businesses. We presented Domtar with 7 phenomenal candidates from which they made a fast and successful hire.

Quote from our Client: “RCI saved us over 10K in contingency fees and I know their model reaches more candidates quicker than traditional recruiting.” - Domtar

The Challenge: Our client had a very specific, difficult local search with tight parameters for a Sr. Range Designer; a degreed Architect with AutoCAD expertise with the ability to support and complete their transition to Revit in the design of firearm ranges. Desired a military veteran of the Armed Forces.

The Solution: Contingency Contract

The Result: RCI located the hired candidate at the Utah National Guard. The project commenced on May 3rd, two interviews took place on May 12th and May 18th, and the candidate was hired on May 23rd (a 20-day time to fill).

Quote from our Client: “RCI did a great job filling our Sr. Range Designer role. Our recruiter was great to work with. She was prompt, professional and seemed to take a personal interest in helping us fill the role. I was especially happy that the candidate we hired was a military vet, as hiring military is important to us. We will use RCI again.” - Action Target
